The Running Waves and Good Natured Dog Present Two Locally Made Short Films

August 4th, 2016 at the Falmouth Museums on the Green 7 PM – 9 PM

FALMOUTH, MA July 18th, 2016: Cowriters of the 2012 novel “The Running Waves” and Good Natured Dog Productions will host a free screening of two short films that were shot and directed in Woods Hole and Hanover, Massachusetts. The event begins at 7 PM and will take place at the Falmouth Museums on the Green, 65 Palmer Ave, Falmouth, MA 02540. Both films were shot for the 48 Hour Film Project, a global competition which challenges filmmakers to write, cast, shoot, and edit a professional short film in 48 hours.

The Midnight Rebel, shot in 2016, is the first collaborative work between the writers of The Running Waves, T.M and Seton Murphy, and Good Natured Dog Productions. The film took home awards for Best Cinematography and Best Audio and was shot in Hanover, Massachusetts. A Sweet Thing for Sing Sing was shot in 2014 in Woods Hole and follows Private Detective Richard Rankor as he attempts to stop a criminal from poisoning pastries.

This event is open to the public and everyone on hand will be privy to The Running Waves’ big announcement!
